Q: Who can I contact with questions about privacy, GDPR, and how Loadster handles my personal data?

A: Please review the Privacy & GDPR policies, and then email if you still have questions. As a software load testing tool, Loadster requires very little personal data to operate. We are not in the business of monetizing anyone's personal data. That said, you should never share data with us that you don't want us to have. If you no longer need your Loadster account and would like to delete it, you can do so by visiting the Account page.

Q: Is it possible to modify the Loadster Terms of Use or get custom terms?

A: Due to the considerable time and expense in obtaining legal counsel to review proposed customizations to the Loadster Terms of Use and other agreements, we can only consider custom terms in the case of large annual plans and enterprise contracts.
